My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room I stayed in was actually one of the best I've ever experienced. It was clean, comfortable, and absolutely amazing, really nicely decorated in a perfect location close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The service was accommodating, allowing me to pick up keys and drop off my bags early. The location was fabulous, only minutes away from the vibrant area of Cheltenham's center, offering easy access to high street and restaurants. The dining was adequate for the price paid, and there were freshly prepared pastries available. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
